A zipper closure on a pillow sham often creates a stiff, rigid edge that digs into your face or catches on your hair. Our shams use an envelope closure, meaning the back of the sham consists of overlapping fabric panels with a deep interior pocket. To case your pillow, you simply slide it in and tuck it under the flap. It keeps the pillow 100% enclosed, completely hides the white pillow casing, and leaves you with an entirely soft, seamless, and zipper-free surface to rest your head.
Like most printed cotton fabrics, proper washing helps preserve the colors over time. We recommend using mild detergent, washing with similar colors, and avoiding bleach and prolonged direct sunlight when drying. Always follow the care instructions on your product label.

If your order has exceeded the expected delivery window, please write to us at support1@jersylinen.com or call (989) 906-1393, and we will gladly help resolve it.
We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition — unused, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with all original tags and packaging. The original order number or proof of purchase is also required.
Used, washed or tag-removed items, Final Sale or Clearance items, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
