  • Peak Season Note: Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or major promotional events.


2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND COSTS

We provide clear and simple shipping for our customers within the United States.

  • Shipping Region: We currently ship exclusively to the 50 U.S. states, including the Continental U.S. (48 contiguous states), Alaska, and Hawaii.

  • Excluded Territories: We do not ship to U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.). Due to carrier limitations, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO (military or diplomatic) addresses.

  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within our designated shipping regions (the 50 U.S. states). Customers will not incur any additional shipping charges at checkout.

 

3. DELIVERY CARRIER AND TIME

We use DHL as our exclusive carrier for all shipments to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Transit Time Definition: This is the time it takes for the carrier (DHL) to deliver the package after it has been shipped.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: This calculation includes the 1-3 business day Processing Time plus the Estimated Transit Time.

Important Note: These delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to minor variations due to carrier operations.
