Q:What is the TC of your products?
We offer products in 200TC and 300TC. After washing, our products become even softer and more skin-friendly.
Q:Where is your linen sourced from?
Our linen comes from the Normandy region in France.
Q:How deep are your fitted sheets?
Our fitted sheets have a depth of 17.72 inches.
Q:Will the fitted sheet fit my extra-deep mattress?
Our fitted sheets are designed to fit mattresses up to 17.72" deep. If your mattress is deeper than this, please contact us before ordering so we can assist you.
Q:Do your duvet covers have zippers and corner ties?
Our duvet covers come with extra-long zippers. The twin size features a 1.2m zipper, while the queen and king sizes have a 1.75m zipper. Each duvet cover also includes 8 corner ties to ensure your duvet stays in place.
Q:Will your products fade?
Our products undergo advanced dyeing techniques, ensuring colorfastness and stability. After washing, Jersylinen items become even softer and more comfortable.
Q:Where do you get your design inspiration?
Our designs are inspired by life and nature. Every piece is hand-drawn by our designers. We aim to make our bedding feel like a piece of art, transforming your bedroom into a personal gallery and creating a warm, inviting home.
Q:How does Jersylinen promote sustainability?
Jersylinen is committed to long-term sustainability. We use environmentally friendly cotton and linen products, and some of our items are digitally printed, which is more eco-friendly. We also believe that true value comes from craftsmanship, so we maintain small-batch production, respecting time and effort.
Q:Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our fabrics are hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin. We focus on using natural fibers and soft finishes to minimize irritation.
Q:Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
Yes!we are committed to reducing waste. Our products are shipped in recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials.
Orders&Shipping
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
Q:Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us via the contact form or email. However, please note that once the warehouse starts processing your order, we won’t be able to make any changes.
Q:How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the Track Order or reach out to us directly via email.
Q:When will my order be shipped?
All orders are typically processed, verified, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or major promotional events.
Q:How long will it take to receive my order?
For all shipments, we exclusively use DHL. Delivery to the Continental U.S. (48 States) takes an estimated 4–8 business days (3–5 business days in transit). Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii take an estimated 6–11 business days (5–8 business days in transit). The total estimated delivery time includes a 1–3 business day processing time. Please note these are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier operations.
Q:My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
If your order has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe, please feel free to reach out to us by email info@jersylinen.com or call us at (989) 906-1393, and we will gladly help you resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Q:What is your return/refund policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with all original tags and packaging. You must also provide the original order number or proof of purchase. Please note that used, washed, or tag-removed items, Final Sale/Clearance items, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
Q:How do I return an item?
Step 1: Email us at info@jersylinen.com with your order number and reason for return (photos are helpful).
Step 2: We'll respond with return instructions and an address.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Q:Who pays for return shipping?
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong size: We cover return shipping.
- For personal reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Q:How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Our goal is to complete the refund processing within 5-7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned goods. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
