We understand plans change. If you wish to modify your order, please reach out via our contact form or email. Once our warehouse has begun processing, however, we are no longer able to make changes.
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number by email. You can follow its journey on our Track Order page, or write to us directly.
All orders are typically processed, verified and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing times may extend slightly during peak seasons or promotional events.
For all shipments, we use DHL exclusively.
- Continental U.S. (48 states): 4–8 business days (3–5 in transit)
- Alaska & Hawaii: 6–11 business days (5–8 in transit)
Delivery estimates include the 1–3 business day processing time and may vary slightly with carrier operations.
If your order has exceeded the expected delivery window, please write to us at support1@jersylinen.com or call (989) 906-1393, and we will gladly help resolve it.
We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition — unused, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with all original tags and packaging. The original order number or proof of purchase is also required.
Used, washed or tag-removed items, Final Sale or Clearance items, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
Step 1 — Email support1@jersylinen.com with your order number and reason for return (photos are helpful).
Step 2 — We will reply with return instructions and an address.
Step 3 — Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
- If the item arrives damaged, defective or the wrong size — we cover return shipping.
- For personal reasons — the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
Our goal is to complete refund processing within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned goods. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
