We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with all original tags attached and original packaging.
You must provide the original order number or proof of purchase.
Items that have been used, washed, or have had the tags removed.

To start a return, please follow these steps:
Email Us: Send an email to info@jersylinen.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your return reason. If your item is damaged or defective, please attach clear supporting photographs.
Wait for Approval and Instructions: We will reply with return approval, detailed instructions, and the required return shipping address.
Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted or processed.
Shipping costs for returns are handled based on the reason for the return:

We currently do not charge a restocking fee for returned items that meet all eligibility requirements. However, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred to send the item back to us if the return is due to a customer reason.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Our goal is to complete the refund processing within 5-7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned goods. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
We accept exchange requests for both defective and non-defective products. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the "Return + Repurchase" process: return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Jersylinen reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's price, which will be deducted from your total refund amount, in the following exceptional circumstances:
Returns Outside the 30-Day Window: If an item is returned after the 30-day return window has expired.
Product Condition Issues: If the returned item is missing original packaging, accessories, or shows signs of wear, use, or damage that prevents us from reselling it as new.
We will notify you if your return is subject to a restocking fee upon inspection.
