2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND COSTS

We provide clear and simple shipping for our customers within the United States.

  • Shipping Region: We currently ship exclusively to the Contiguous United States (48 lower states).

  • Excluded Territories: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). Due to carrier limitations, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO (military or diplomatic) addresses.

  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within our designated shipping regions. Customers will not incur any additional shipping charges at checkout.

 

3. DELIVERY CARRIER AND TIME

For reliable and timely delivery, all orders are fulfilled through our trusted shipping partners.

Estimated Delivery Schedule (48 Contiguous States):

  • Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 8 business days

Definitions:

  • Transit Time Definition: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package after it has been shipped.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: This calculation includes the 1-3 business day Processing Time plus the Estimated Transit Time.

Important Note: These delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to minor variations due to carrier operations.
