- Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping Cost:
- Our Mistake: If the item is damaged or defective, we apologize and will gladly cover the return shipping cost. We'll provide you with a free pre-paid return label.
- For Any Other Reason / No Product Fault: If you wish to return an item for any reason not due to a fault on our end (such as change of mind, wrong size, or simply not meeting expectations), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The funds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

- We accept exchange requests for both defective and non-defective products.
